TASURO

The star of the Tasuro, a teppanyaki restaurant at The Ritz Carlton Xian, is its beautiful setting. It successfully captures the essence of Japanese design by borrowing traditional building materials such as timber and stone to create visual contrasts, coupled with an interplay of light and shadow.

Six live-action stations allow chefs to showcase their skills as they use fresh ingredients to present traditional Japanese dishes. The setting is uniquely teppanyaki, uniquely Japanese.
